Altimetrik names Dhirendra Nath as Chief HR Officer

Tue, 10th Mar 2026

Altimetrik has appointed Dhirendra Nath as Chief Human Resources Officer, putting him in charge of people strategy following its integration with SLK.

Nath reports to Chief Executive Officer Raj Sundaresan and will lead HR across the combined organisation. He joins the senior leadership team as Altimetrik consolidates operations and workforce structures after the merger.

Altimetrik describes itself as an AI-first data and digital engineering company serving customers in banking and financial services, manufacturing, retail and consumer packaged goods, automotive, healthcare, and life sciences. It has more than 10,000 practitioners globally.

Integration focus

The CHRO role is central to post-deal workforce integration. Altimetrik is aligning leadership, culture, and employment practices across legacy Altimetrik and legacy SLK teams.

Nath's remit includes shaping a unified culture, strengthening leadership continuity, and establishing consistent people practices across the combined group.

He will also oversee succession planning and leadership pipeline development. HR is expected to support expansion as the company enters new markets and scales go-to-market operations.

HR background

Nath has more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail, and diversified enterprises. Most recently, he was President and Group Chief People Officer at SLK Group.

At SLK, he worked on organisational professionalisation and a private equity-led transition, which concluded with the integration into Altimetrik.

Earlier, he held leadership roles at Wipro, working on digital and advanced technology practices and supporting expansion into new markets. He has also worked with boards and senior leadership teams on transformation programmes.

People priorities

Nath will set a unified people strategy for the organisation, with an emphasis on scaling and operational stability after the merger.

One focus is blending Altimetrik's operating style with SLK's governance processes through harmonised policies and practices. Priorities include fairness, compliance, and consistency across the workforce.

In the near term, HR will define a cultural "North Star" centred on performance, inclusion, and customer impact. The next stage of integration will run as a structured change programme, including leadership alignment and organisation-wide communication.

Altimetrik also plans further digitisation of HR processes, including data-led decision-making and greater employee self-service, to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Additional priorities include internal mobility and leadership readiness for digital businesses, with HR efforts tied to business outcomes as the company expands geographically.

Sundaresan said the appointment responds to the challenges of post-merger integration and workforce development in a market shaped by rapid AI adoption.

"Dhirendra's experience in leading organisations through complex integration, professionalisation, and growth journeys makes him uniquely suited for this role," said Raj Sundaresan, Chief Executive Officer, Altimetrik. "As we accelerate into the agentic era, building leadership depth and a people foundation that's ready for AI-led growth is not just critical - it's foundational. He will help us create a unified culture that blends agility with institutional strength, ensuring our growth is sustainable and opportunity-led for our people."

Nath said his immediate focus will be on clarity and fairness in the integration, with an emphasis on culture and systems that support a growing organisation.

"Integration creates opportunity when it is anchored in clarity, fairness, and shared purpose," said Dhirendra Nath, Chief Human Resources Officer, Altimetrik. "My focus is on building an organisation that grows without losing its soul, where professional systems enable entrepreneurship, leadership continuity strengthens resilience, and people strategy directly powers business ambition. Change must be led with transparency and empathy, especially during moments of transformation."

Altimetrik said HR digitisation, leadership pipeline development, and harmonised people practices will underpin its next phase as it expands into new markets and scales commercial operations.
