Landmark Technologies has appointed Adrian Kelly as Sales and Marketing Director, putting him in charge of the company's commercial function.

He will lead growth in new market segments and the expansion of Landmark's cybersecurity and artificial intelligence services. He has also been tasked with creating a new commercial structure and developing a new marketing strategy.

The Dublin-based IT and cybersecurity services provider is entering a new phase of expansion. Founded in 1998, Landmark provides managed services across cybersecurity, cloud, automation and IT support.

Kelly joins with experience in sales, marketing and business development in the managed services sector. Most recently, he was Sales and Marketing Director at ERS IT Solutions, having previously held the same role at DNA IT Solutions.

At DNA IT Solutions, he led the commercial side of the business during a period when the company doubled in size and shifted into managed security services. Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years as a marketing and business development consultant, advising technology companies on sales growth, branding, organisational structures and sales team management.

He also served on IBM's EMEA Marketing Council, representing Ireland and the UK from 2023 to 2025.

Ken Kelleher, Managing Director at Landmark Technologies, commented on the appointment.

"I welcome Adrian's appointment to the role of Sales and Marketing Director. It is an exciting time for the company as we continue to evolve our offering, and Adrian will be a key driver of our future growth. The strength of expertise across our team is central to our success and Adrian's appointment reflects our continued commitment to enhancing our capabilities for customers. His extensive experience will be instrumental as we expand into new markets and further consolidate Landmark's position as an industry leader," Kelleher said.

Growth plans

The role gives Kelly oversight of Landmark's sales and marketing activities as many IT service providers adjust their offerings to meet rising demand for cyber defence, compliance support and AI-related services. For Landmark, that means connecting its existing managed services business with newer areas clients are increasingly asking about.

His brief suggests the company wants to sharpen its commercial structure as it targets a broader customer base. Building out a marketing strategy alongside sales operations points to a more formal approach to expansion, rather than relying solely on technical delivery or long-standing customer relationships.

Landmark has operated in the Irish market for more than 25 years. Its focus on managed IT and cybersecurity services for business customers gives it a base from which to expand further into specialist areas as customer requirements change.

For managed service providers, cybersecurity has become a larger part of the commercial conversation as businesses face greater regulatory pressure and a more complex threat environment. AI has also become a key topic for suppliers and customers alike, though many firms are still working out how to turn that interest into practical services and revenue.

That backdrop helps explain why commercial leadership is becoming more important for mid-sized technology providers. Companies in the sector are under pressure to explain their services clearly, package them in ways customers understand and expand into adjacent areas without losing focus on core support work.

Kelly said he sees the move as part of a wider growth effort.

"I'm delighted to be joining Landmark Technologies during such an exciting period of growth for the business. Landmark has built a strong reputation in the market and I'm looking forward to supporting the next phase of expansion for the company. Throughout my career, I've worked closely with technology businesses to help them grow and scale, and I plan to leverage that experience in this new role. I'm excited to work with Ken, Jason and the team as we intend to develop Landmark into the leading MSP in Ireland for Cyber Security, Compliance and AI enablement," Kelly said.
